I'm interested in your services, how do I find out more about pricing?

Go ahead and use the "Contact Us" feature if you would like learn to more about our services.  Most of our pricing options are based on technique and frequency.  Contract lengths and trials can also be negotiated, dependent on supplemental versus primary coverage.

North Central, does that mean you are only available to Ohio?

​

We are available nationwide.  Currently, we have contracts across the Midwest, as well as on the West Coast.  We plant roots anywhere our services can be of benefit.

Are you willing to come on-site to train or is it only remote?

​

We are certainly willing and available to provide on-site assistance where applicable, and we hope prospective consumers/planners don't hesitate to reach out when they have any questions.

We have a dosimetrist out of office for a month due to a medical reason, are you able to provide temporary coverage?

​

Although we primarily offer remote coverage, we also provide on-site coverage options.

​

Do we always work with the same dosimetrist once we employ your services?

​

We have a highly qualified team, but we try to build consistency by assessing your clinical needs and determining the perfect fit.  Once a relationship has been established, we look to build an open line of dialogue and constantly seek feedback to how we can continue to grow as a team.

I have an interesting case, can we seek consultation for free?

​

We love it when we receive web inquires about certain disease sites and techniques.  We believe that multiple minds are better than one when trying to solve an issue.  Reach out through the homepage, and if appropriate, we'll open a dialogue while maintaining proper HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality.
